Refund And Returns Policy

REFUNDS:

You must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of Goods if you wish to return part or all of your Order.

Colour Reproduction – Please note that we try our hardest to reproduce the colours of the Products. However, this is not always possible and the colours may differ slightly.

If you are unhappy with your Product when you receive it please contact us within 48 hours of the day the Order was delivered (cooling off period), then we will gladly refund your money upon receipt of the returned Product in accordance with our Returned Goods condition below.

We do not refund the postage or packing cost of returning any Product.

Faulty or damaged Products can be returned for a full refund or replacement at the discretion of the customer.

A credit will be made to your account within 14 days of receipt of goods at Giovanella Jewellery.

RETURNED GOODS:

Notification of damage, of wrongly shipped Goods or incomplete shipped Goods must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Damaged goods and or packaging should be photographed and the photograph emailed to Giovanella Jewellery. We strongly advise that you formally complain to the Courier at the time of delivery should you be presented with damaged packaging. Form. Any claim made outside of 14 days will not be accepted.

Returned Goods must be in resalable condition and in their original packaging. Seals should be intact where appropriate.

The Buyer must obtain a proof of posting certificate (or country equivalent) from Royal Mail or equivalent postal service.

Returned Goods should be returned to us within 10 days of receipt of delivery. Any Goods returned after the 10 day period will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. No refunds will be issued for goods returned after 28 days. We must be able to resell goods in as new condition. Any goods where packaging has been damaged and therefore rendered un-resalable will not be refunded.

DAMAGED RETURNS:

The Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying damage to returned Goods where such damage has in the opinion of the Seller been caused by the Goods being inadequately packaged by the Buyer.
